All prices are in UK pounds sterling. If you need to convert other currencies, use the Universal Currency Converter to calculate the amount in pounds sterling.

Mail Order Service

Orders can be taken by telephone from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Of course both normal mail and e-mail can be used too.

Methods of Payment
We can accept cash, cheque and PayPal. Credit cards are no longer accepted due to the high costs of using Streamline 123. We are making enquiries about a replacement service, but until then, credit cards cannot be accepted. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and strongly recommend PayPal as a more secure alternative. If you are not familiar with PayPal, please look them up on the internet, or ask us for further advice.

Postage and Packing.
This is charged at 15% of the order within the U.K., 20% within the EC, and 30% to the rest of the world. This is for the standard service: special delivery or courier service will be charged at cost price, at the customer's request.
